We don't usually make a habit of staring at women's lips, but sometimes we just can't help it. Especially when it appears as if said lips have changed in some way. Maybe Lady Victoria Hervey was just using some sort of super-intelligent lipgloss last night, or maybe she's gone one step further. We don't know, but there's a definite difference between her lips last night and her lips a year ago. Lady Vic, who was – for once – wearing a very nice LBD and some fab Gina heels, was happy to pout away for the cameras at a posh London party last night. This is the lady who wore that frightful sparkly-pants dress down the red carpet in Cannes, remember? There's no denying that she looks great, but has she had some artificial help?
