Over here in good cold Blighty, we all know who we think are the best-dressed celebs on the showbiz circuit, but it's always very interesting to find out who are considered to be the most fashion forward over the pond. People magazine have today announced their 10 Best Dressed female celebs of 2008, and there a few surprising entries. For instance, who would have thought that Kate Hudson would be right at the top?
