This bitching between Kate and Fiona is SO entertaining!

We’re finding this whole rivalry between GMTV uber-blondes Kate Garraway and Fiona Phillips most intriguing. It all started when Fiona announced that she was leaving the show, and remarked that Kate would be “pleased” she was leaving and said she’d attend “the opening of an envelope.” Now Kate has done some classic passive-aggressive bitching by drawing attention to the fact that, at 47, Fiona is six-years older than her – while appearing to compliment her. “I think Fiona Phillips looks great for her age,” she said (heatworld got a clip round the ear for saying the same thing about our mum). “She’s naturally very pretty and has a great figure. Fiona’s always said she’d never have plastic surgery, Botox, or anything like that. She’s stuck with it and taken the slings and arrows. I really admire her for that.” Ooh, she’s a sly fox, that one.
