We would offer a prize to the first person to guess correctly, but it's not exactly hard to work it out, is it? Yes, the shy and retiring *coughnotcough* Chanelle Hayes is the bum-flashing culprit of this picture – as if it would've been anyone else – and doesn't she looked pleased with herself? Tut tut! The cheek of her! Chanelle decided to show off her derriere to photographers outside the High School Musical 3 after party in London last night, and we're really not sure why. And it's a childrens' film, Chanelle! It’s not as if anyone in the whole of Britain hasn’t already seen her bum countless times. And we thought pretending to be humped by a puppet was bad... Why on earth does she think we want to see this?! We despair...
