Lily blames Cheryl Tweedy for her tears. Then calls her a bitch. Yay!

Yesterday heatworld revealed Lily Allen was feeling very low, but now we can happily report she’s cheered up no end after reading messages of support from fans. On her MySpace, she’s just posted a new blog saying she feels much better and won’t be getting surgery. Lily explains it all started with Cheryl Tweedy's comments branding her a "chick with a dick". She says: “I was feeling pretty low and as well as that… I launched my clothing line for New Look last Tuesday, and seeing my picture in so many newspapers next to Kate Moss, made me feel grotesque momentarily.”
It’s clear she’s back to her true plucky self, because at the end of the blog she takes a pop at Cheryl, “Doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying, your mother must be so proud, stupid bitch."
