Simon leaves the jungle

Simon leaves the jungle – and slags off David
Despite being hotter than the camp's fire, Simon Webbe became the latest jungle resident to get the boot from I'm A Celeb last night – and he had a lot to say about a certain fellow camper. No prizes for guessing who... "I didn't see that David was honest. He annoyed me!" The ex-Blue singer explained to Ant and Dec that he found David Van Day's comments that he could've killed himself inappropriate, saying, "I've lost friends that way – so it upset me." However, unlike Nicola, who had nothing nice to say about David, Simon eventually admitted, "I think he is a nice guy under it all. He's here to play the game, and I expect him to be in the final." Simon also said he was "relieved" to be out (yeah, right) and maintained that he'd been "real" throughout the whole experience. So, another one has gone and only four remain. Who do YOU think will be in the final?

Strictly dancers for the chop
There's unrest over at the Strictly camp, and it's not just down to a particularly energetic Samba. The professional dancers are said to be fearing the chop after the show's producers hinted at a major shake-up. Due to the popularity of new dancers Brian Fortuna, Hayley Holt and John Sergeant's blonde partner Kristina Rihanoff, the BBC have decided that new faces may be the key to Strictly's success, and now the older, established dancers are worried they will be replaced. A source close to the show said, "Everyone's scared they're for the high-jump. It's making things really unpleasant backstage. Dancers are only contracted per series. It's a lot of pressure to be under." Do you think any of the dancers should be replaced, or do you love Strictly just as it is?

Janine's back!

Ooh, we do love a good soap bitch, so we're very pleased to hear today's news that Janine Butcher will be arriving back in Albert Square in time for Christmas. Janine, who was last seen bumping off poor husband Barry in 2004 before making a brief appearance at Frank's funeral earlier this year, will be seen at her own wedding, marrying an old Jewish man for his money. According to EastEnders insiders, Ricky and Billy both turn up at the wedding and are gobsmascked – possibly because Janine's as Jewish as a bacon sandwich? – but do nothing to stop the wedding, until Pat turns up, marches down the aisle and demands to know what's going on. Will it go ahead or not? Ooh, we can't wait to find out...

Ruth's going to Oz with Dannii
We bet you wouldn't get this from Simon Cowell – Dannii Minogue has invited X Factor reject Ruth Lorenzo to holiday with her in Oz this Christmas. Ruth, who says her and Dannii have a "bond for life" explains, "Dannii is amazing. I speak to her on the phone every day. I'm even going back home with her to visit Australia when she goes to see her family next time." Very nice, Ruth love – but what about the singing career? Here at heatworld, we're big Ruth fans and would like to see her belt out more of those rock ballads in the future – not hide away in Australia...
