Diana & Eoghan: her boyfriend is FURIOUS!

Diana & Eoghan: her boyfriend is FURIOUS!
OMFG! How many boxes of Kleenex did you get through on Saturday night? We were blubbing like girls when Eoghan ran on stage sobbing his little heart out to hug Diana. As well as being an incredibly sweet moment, we couldn't help but think it was a bit of an overreaction for "just a friend" to have. Well, it would appear that Diana's boyfriend Chris feels the same way – he is apparently furious after watching Eoghan's blatant display of emotion on Saturday's X Factor and has demanded an explanation. A source revealed, "Eoghan is besotted with Diana. They have been very close and he can't bear to be apart from her. At first, Chris managed to ignore reports that Diana and Eoghan were together, but now he has seen the relationship with his own eyes." We all watched in shock as Eoghan totally broke down and hugged Diana, saying "I love you, I love you," over and over again to her – even Dermot didn't know what to do. As well as their very public display of affection, Diana and Eoghan were all spotted kissing and holding hands in the back of a car following Saturday night's show. Chris and Diana have reportedly been having "crisis talks" since the incident (can you really have "crisis talks" at the age of 17?!), and Diana continues to deny that her and Eoghan are anything but good friends. Do you think there's more to the couple than friendship, or are you still too upset to talk about it?

A very good week for Take That...
Take That's new album The Circus has sold a massive 432,000 copies in just a week, making it the fastest-selling album of the year in the UK. The Circus  now ranks as the third quickest mover of all time, with only Oasis and Coldplay above it. Get them. Take That are now officially pop royalty, ranking above the likes of Dido, Arctic Monkeys, Michael Jackson and a certain Robbie Williams! But they're not the only ones with something to celebrate – as predicted, Leona Lewis is Number One in the singles charts with her cover of Run, and it's also broken the record to become the fastest-selling download ever.

Alan apologises for "sick and insensitve" joke
Oh dear. Comedian Alan Carr is the latest popular celebrity to piss off the nation, after he made a quip about Karen Matthews at the weekend. Talking at the British Comedy Awards, Alan joked that he should dedicate his award to the disgraced mother, saying, "It's difficult to find rough women. I suppose Shannon Matthews' mum was busy. She'd be my dream guest. I think she's a gay icon – people like a bit of rough, don't they?" Alan's comments about Karen Matthews, who, along with Michael Donovan, was convicted of kidnapping her own daughter just last week, have been branded "sick and insensitive" by critics. Alan has now issued a hasty apology for the remarks, saying, "I realise what I said was insensitive and I am very sorry." Do you think Alan overstepped the mark this time?

Wayne and Coleen's earnings revealed
Wayne and Coleen Rooney are said to be furious after details of their earnings were made public during a legal battle. The couple – worth a whopping £35million – have had their earnings broken down, and it makes for interesting reading. Wayne, unsurprisingly is the biggest earner with £90,000 a week basic from Manchester United, along with £760,000 every six months for image rights, £1m from Nike, £118,689.57 twice a year from EA games, £600,000 for a four-year contract with Coca-Cola and £3.55m for a five-book, 12-year deal. Coleen doesn't do badly either, coining a ridiculous £41,667 a month for a magazine column, £13,000 per episode of her model search show as well as a further £5,000 a month for another magazine column, £283,334 for an eight-book deal and £50,000 in royalties for her first two books. Now we understand how she can afford all those shopping trips to Cricket... Some people have all the luck! Lend us a fiver, Coleen?
