Gary Barlow: "Take That WILL work with Robbie"
Hooray! More Take That reunion gossip! As heatworld reported yesterday, straight from the X Factor press conference, Simon Cowell doesn’t think Robbie should be allowed back in the band – but Gary Barlow hasn’t listened to Si’s comments. Instead, reports of the band being reinstated to a fivesome are  gathering at a rather frenzied pace, with the guys gearing up for a TT reunion in the near future. But forget rumours of the original Take That being reunited on tour next year – Robbie’s got plans. Boo. Even so, it looks like Gary and the boys are up for a get together with the Robster after that. Gary says, “Robbie will not be coming on tour with us next year because he’s got his own things to do. But we are not ruling out getting together with him beyond that.” Yay!

Credit crunch hits the X Factor finalists
More credit crunch-related sadness – this time those two horrible (and yawnsome) words have now infiltrated even the most sacred of things… The X Factor. Boo. Last year, runners up Rhydian and heatworld favourites Same Difference landed a recording contract as well as the eventual winner Leon Jackson, but Simon reckons this year could be a lot different. He says, “In the current economic climate it is more important to win the show this year than any other. Like every other business, the record industry is tougher than it was a year ago.” Bet Eoghan, Alex and the JLS boys are crossing their fingers even more for Saturday, then…

Mariah pregnancy rumours gather speed
The ongoing rumours that Mariah Carey is expecting her first baby stepped up a notch last night, after the singer cancelled a number of gigs scheduled for next year. Speculation began when Mariah refused to take a sip from a glass on champagne on Ellen DeGeneres US chat-show, prompting the presenter to ask if she was pregnant. Mariah refused to confirm or deny the news at the time, but did admit she'd like a family in the future. Now that she's cancelled all these gigs starting from a certain date, the news seems even more likely to be true. Mariah, who wed rapper Nick Cannon back in April this year, has reportedly been seen clutching baby scan pictures. A spokesman said yesterday, "I have not been told she’s pregnant." We do hope Mariah is having a baby. Just imagine the names she'd come up with... Fluffy pinkins? Rainbow lollipop? Butterfly Love? If we hear any more news about this, we'll make sure you lot are the first people we tell.

Kanye ditches his music career... for fashion!
Is Kanye West getting ready to do a Posh? Well, if these stories are to be believed, he may even be doing one better than Victoria Beckham. The rapper is said to be putting his music career on hold for a while next year, so he can concentrate on his love of fashion. Yep, Kanye West wants to become a designer. But unlike VB, who admitted she was merely the brains behind the designs, rather than the actual tailoring, Kanye wants his role to be more hands-on. The rapper said, "I'm going to go and take an internship and just do something that's, like, totally normal, and just rap at the weekends or something." He even went on to joke that he'd happily start off making tea if that was what he had to do. We don't lnow about you, but we had no idea Kanye was such a lover of fashion. A source confirmed, "He is always in the front rows during the Paris and Milan fashion shows." Well, so far so good. We wonder what he'll come up with. Just think, this time next year we could all be wearing the latest in Kanye caps, or something...
