Strictly result still annoying people rather a lot…
Three days after Tom Chambers was crowned King of the dancefloor on Strictly (and just two days to Christmas!), some people just can’t seem to get on with cooking turkeys/buying presents/stuffing their faces with Quality Street. Yes, 1,500 people out there from The Great British Public are pretty miffed with the whole Strictly shenanigans. Nearly 500 people have made it known Mr Chambers shouldn’t have won the contest, while 340 people are having a bit of a moan they couldn’t get through on the phone lines. An irate 466 democracy fans have complained about the voting system itself, and 50 people called to disagree with the judges’ verdicts. Our favourite, however, goes to the 86 people who took time out from their busy week to rant that the show overran. Tsk. What do you think? Should we just be happy for Tom and get on with it? Or do you agree with any of the irked complainers?
Celeb BB to scrap live feed
With only ten days (hooray!) to go until Celebrity Big Brother starts again, we’re getting rather excited about the show following yesterday's announcement of the rumoured line-up (Mutya! Michelle Heaton! The woman from Shameless!). But while the show seems to have recovered from the Jade/Shilpa race row last year, CBB bosses are being very careful to avert something similar happening this year – they’ve scrapped the 24-hour feed. What else will we watch when we come in from the pub? Boo. A show source says, “They’ve scrapped the 24-hour feed for many reasons, but the main one is to get more control. It’s now just an entertainment show where punters can see celebrities doing silly tasks.”
Alexandra and Kate: not best friends after all...
We were a little surprised when we heard Kate Moss had invited Alexandra Burke into her inner circle of friends, and now it appears the model has had second thoughts about their friendship. After excitedly telling pals she had been invited to Kate's Cotswold house for a party, Alexandra found herself promptly uninvited, as the party went on without so much as a call to let her know the details. Kate told Alexandra she could come when they met on The X Factor set, but as the day of the party drew closer, the singer received no official invite or details about the night. Kate threw a surprise 40th birthday party for her man Jamie Hince at the weekend, and apparently Alexandra wasn't the only no-show. "There were more last-minute cancellations than a Pete Doherty tour," said one friend. Oh dear. Still, we don't think Alexandra was too bothered about missing out. She went out for a swanky meal with mentor Cheryl Cole that night instead.
Peaches and Max spend Christmas apart
Newlyweds Peaches Geldof and Max Drummey are to spend their first Christmas apart, because the young starlet is reluctant to break her tradition of spending the festive day at her dad's house. Peaches, who has been married to US musician Max for four months, isn't too worried about the short separation, saying, "It's tradition for me to be at my dad's house with my family, and the same for Max to be with his." Talking to Hello magazine, Peaches went on to explain, "We see each other all the time, so that's fine with us. It's what other young couples do, and it's only for four days." Max will be heading off to the States to see his folks, while Peaches will enjoy Christmas with her dad – a day he apparently takes very seriously. "I think it's more for him, but it's very sweet," she says. "He still leaves stockings for us all at the end of the bed." That sounds rather cute, doesn't it? Are you spending Christmas with your other half, or are you glad to see the back of them for a few days?

That Camilla had a camel toe when they danced in the final, I almost gagged when I saw it, looked like a wet t-shirt over a bucket. & He should have never made the finals, he should have gone the week before, him and his HUGE chin.

hahaha - soh what a shame about Alex! Bet she's been biggin' herself up about her and Kate and now she's promptly been given the finger. Glad the live feed's been scrapped - who wants to watch people sleep? Freaks do!

Why is there so much complaining over the silliest things nowadays?! People need to get over it really, and get lives!
