Who wore it best – Katy or Alexandra?

Now, we’re not always sure about the whole “nautical but nice” approach to fashion, but these two ladies obviously disagree – they’ve both worn this sequinned D&G dress. Alexandra Burke wore the boat-emblazoned frock to last night’s Elle Style Awards in that there London, while Katy Perry slipped into it way back in September in Milan. So, who puts the chic into shipshape and who puts the, er, shit into it?
