Jade asks Girls Aloud to perform at her wedding

News has just reached us that Jade Goody has asked Girls Aloud to perform at her wedding to Jack Tweed. Jade is a big fan of the band and is desperate for them to sing at the ceremony this Sunday. The girls are currently frantically rehearsing for their Brits performance tonight and so could not be reached for comment, but we’ll let you know when we hear any news. Meanwhile, Jade’s best friend and maid of honour Kate Jackson talked about the hastily-arranged wedding on today’s edition of This Morning. “Five of Jade's closest mates were called in a couple of days ago and Jade said, 'I'm getting married and I want you to be bridesmaids',” she revealed. “Then she started flinging out random orders about what we had to do for the preparations – although now everything keeps changing. There are so many things to organise and so much of what Jade wants isn't practical when there is only a week – but if anyone can pull off this wedding, Jade can.” We have a feeling she might be right…

Why shouldn't Jade televise it all for money? She wants the best for her kids when she's gone and I respect her for that, she's putting her kids first and I'm sure she isnt just ignoring her kids to organise this wedding as some people are sugesting!

I do feel a little uncomfortable that Jade's playing all this out in public, I feel desperately sorry for her, so sad.
