Awww. heatworld could watch this footage of BB7's Glyn all day. And actually, we might just do that because the big boss is away on his holidays.

You can find out what Glyn's been up to – and with who – since last year's show in the new issue of heat on sale today, but for now, sit back and relax while the Welsh rarebit entertains us with a special little rap he penned just for heatworld. Although, as you can see, he hasn't quite learnt all his lines...

We defy you not to shout, "I LOVE Glyn Wise!" at the top of your voice having watched it. Big Brother – can't you put him back in the house? We miss him being sick from too much cider and cooking eggs for the very first time...
