Take That let Jason do a lead vocal – what do you think of it?

We did a little "whoop" when we learned that our favourite man-band had done the unthinkable and actually let the very hot Jason Orange take the lead vocals on their new B-side 84. The track features on the boys’ single new single Up All Night, released this week, and in Jason’s own words, it's a “cheeky little number” about the lads growing up in 1984. After previously admitting that he rarely sang on any of the early Take That tracks and having only made his lead vocal debut on the Beautiful World album, it’s a big step for Jason to go so public with his singing – and we have to say we’re not disappointed by his voice, the catchy tune and funny lyrics. Especially when he sings about how he lost his heart (and other things, we suspect) to a girl with flowers in her hair. Oh, how we wish we were her.... Anyway, the full track can be bought with the Up All Night single right now, but we want to know what you think of Jason’s big moment? Can he sing or should he leave it to Gary and co?
