Shilpa sends a message to Jade

She had hoped to meet with Jade in person one last time, but unfortunately for Celeb BB winner Shilpa Shetty, her ex-fellow housemate was just too ill. Leaving a meeting with Jade's publicist Max Clifford in central London, Shilpa told reporters, "I just hope that the family and she are able to cope with the pain. She is in my prayers." Despite their turbulent history, Jade and Shilpa had become close up to and including the time Jade was given her cancer diagnosis, and it was on the Indian version of Big Brother where Jade was given the awful news. Doesn't all that arguing over a chicken seem so long ago and so trivial now?

I know what you mean raf. im refusing to read all the big stories, its all a bit wierd. She was made by the media and destroyed with the celeb bb thing. The media is her friend and her enemy next, its a very mixed up relationship she has with them

i think what is happening to jade is absoultely awful and must be terrifying to know that you are going to die....but i never have liked her and she is famous for what? the only good thing to come of this, is she has raised awareness of cervical canc

jemlou, the OK mag that is out, all about Jade made me feel ill, the soppy music in the background, the talking about her 'good times' like she is already dead, it makes me think twice about the whole media attention she has welcomed into her life

Media is also a fickle business Jennifer that their way of the world is the magic edit suite. Im not condoning what she did but the media didnt help her. Its never been on her side. Also, time to stop the Jade stuff now heat?
