Who wore it best – Rachel or Lucy?

These two pretty ladies rarely get it wrong in the fashion department, but for one day only, one of them’s going to have to lose. Lucy Liu wore this cute navy and white Phillip Lim dress as she partied with Kanye West at New York Fashion Week a month or so ago, while Rachel Bilson wore the exact same item just a dew days ago at a Skin Cancer Foundation benefit. They both went for scraped-back hair and minimal slap, so it’s definitely a close run thing, but who gets your vote?
