Who wore it best – Rachel or Lucy?

These two pretty ladies rarely get it wrong in the fashion department, but for one day only, one of them’s going to have to lose. Lucy Liu wore this cute navy and white Phillip Lim dress as she partied with Kanye West at New York Fashion Week a month or so ago, while Rachel Bilson wore the exact same item just a dew days ago at a Skin Cancer Foundation benefit. They both went for scraped-back hair and minimal slap, so it’s definitely a close run thing, but who gets your vote?

I voted Lucy because it's not fair that Heat used an unflattering shot to compare her. So there.

I think HW have the dimensions of the photos all wrong...it makes Lucy look chunky next to the petite shot of Bilson. But if you look at the size of their heads you can tell the difference. Rachel still wuda won though, she's hot! :)

Er, I wouldn't exactly say Rachel was sporting 'scraped back hair' it looks like a soft up-do from where I'm sitting, and she looks like a tiny little doll in the dress, hence she is clearly the winner of this 'close run thing.'

I think her legs look like that is because of the camera angle. rachel looks soo small, like is she only about 4'11 or something?
