It’s National No Make Up Day – does someone want to tell Jodie?!

Today, heatworld’s greyish skin and pulsating eye-bags are making us really regret that last drink, so the mere thought of going slap-less fills us with fear. But if you’re braver than us, you might want to embrace the fact that it’s National No Make Up Day today. According to rather terrifying statistics released to coincide with the launch of The Vitality Show, women spend over £30,000 on cosmetics in their lifetime and over two years applying slap. Oh, and collectively, women in the UK get through 8,000 pints of foundation a year – although we think Jodie Marsh is responsible for at least 7,000 of those. Anyhoo, to celebrate all this make-up-related fact-ery, the people at The Vitality Show are offering a free Benefit Thrrrob blusher, worth £22, to the first 50 bare-faced ladies to turn up at the show at London’s Earls Court when it opens its doors at 1pm today. So, if you’re feeling brave, take your pretty faces down there now.
