Ashlee responds to marriage trouble rumours

Our hearts broke a little bit when we heard rumours that one of the cutest couples ever, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, were on the rocks – so we’re relieved to hear that, hopefully, the tittle-tattle isn’t true. Tabloids in the US yesterday reported that the couple, who have a baby son, Bronx Mowgli, were rowing about Pete’s social life. “Ashlee and Pete are on the rocks,” said one of those mysterious sources. “He is going out all the time and she's stuck at home. It's just not working.” However, Ashlee’s spokesperson has been quick to respond, saying, “This is not true. Everything is fine in their world.” In fact, Ashlee and Pete are currently enjoying some couple time in Australia. Phew.
