There’s just no pleasing some people, is there? Namely us. We’ve been moaning for a while about people wearing boring black dresses on the red carpet, but when the very same celebs try to spice things up a bit, we don’t like that either. At last night’s Prince’s Trust event in central London, Alesha Dixon wore this questionable sequinned nautical dress, causing us to wonder if she’s planning to become a cruise ship singer. And then there’s classical girl band Escala’s clashing monochrome patterns, which we can only look at for two seconds before we start getting a migraine. And as for Nicholas Hoult’s blue suit – hmm, it’s a bit Jonathan Ross, is it not? Apart from the fact that it’s not made of crushed velvet, anyway.
