Just a week after surviving a plane crash which killed four people, DJ AM has branded himself “the luckiest guy alive.” The former boyfriend of Mandy Moore  and Nicole Richie was released from the Joseph Still Burn Center at the Doctors Hospital in August, Georgia, after suffering second and third degree burns. He wrote on his Facebook on Friday, “Adam Goldstein is the luckiest guy alive.” The star issued a statement, saying, “While he is deeply saddened by the events he is thankful for all of the love and support he has been receiving from fans and friends worldwide. We ask that you continue to respect his privacy as he rests and heals and mourns the loss of his friends.” His pal, Travis Barker, who was also travelling on the same flight, is also expected to make a full recovery.
