Oh. My. God. Are these the worst tattoos EVER?

When we see tattoos like this, it makes us wonder if there are some people who should never be allowed to make decisions. Can you imagine strutting into the tattoo parlour and asking to have a bald-headed Britney etched onto your virgin skin forever? These amazing pictures come from a new book called No Regrets and, while some of them could definitely be described as impressive work on the tattooists’ behalf, you’ve got to question the people who’ve actually paid for them, haven’t you?
