Who wore it best – Cate or Ashanti?

It’s not often that dresses are made out of those blue plastic swimming bags that all the cool kids used to have (heatworld blames all our childhood woes on having to lug around that orange rubber bag *shudder*) Anyalley, it’s even rarer that celebs would actually wear designer dresses made out of blue plastic swimming bags – thank God. All bar Cate Blanchett and Ashanti, who’ve both stepped out in this Balenciaga(bagga) frock. Cate not only accessorised with safe satin Louboutin heels, but she also wore it Over. A. Year. Ago. – (hear that, Ashanti?) meaning that the US singer's had plenty of time to avoid making the same mistake. Only she did. Last week. Worse than that, she decided that colour-clashing her dress with yellow heels was a bright idea. So, we know when they wore it, we may never know why – but pray do tell – who wore it best?
