Who wore it best – Heidi or Glenn?

This is quite possibly the BEST who wore it best we have ever come across. Fact. Who’d of thought that Hollywood veteran Glenn Close would be taking style tips from none other than Hollywood Hills erm "personality" Heidi Montag?! But that’s just what she did when she stepped out in Ralph Lauren’s floral frock earlier this week. (Place your bets on how much she’s kicking herself now!). Miss Montag wore hers back in May and teamed it with a so-hot-right-now 70s-style floppy hat, whereas Glenn opted for a sensible cardi’ and flats. But not just any cardi’ mind, this 61 year old knows her stuff, and nailed the neon trend with a pink cover-up. It’s a Close (sorry, couldn’t resist) call – but wore it best?
