Mysterious bumps in the tummy area become all the more noticeable when the lady in question is known for her usually-tiny frame, and this is why we simply couldn't fail to notice the suspicious bulge underneath Pamela's Anderson's dress. Either Pammie's just had a big meal followed by another big meal and three pints of fizzy water, or there's another baby Anderson on the way. She was snapped in this figure-hugging dress as she darted from a car into her London hotel yesterday, and when she emerged later in the day she'd draped a long scarf over the area. Hmmm, we do love a celeb baby mystery to mull over. Examine these pictures until your eyes go square and then tell us: do you think Pamela Anderson is pregnant, or is she just nursing a food baby?
