Who would YOU have fired tonight?

Oh. My. Dear. God... Nooooooo! It’s us who need a tissue now because we’re literally sobbing. Not Raef! Lovely Raef. He of the matching ties and hankies. He of the wild eyebrows and cute bear suit. It’s sooo unfair. We’re sorry Sir Alan, but what the HELL were you thinking keeping horrible, smarmy, smug little Michael and binning Raef? Our jaws are still on the floor. We thought he was going to win! In fact, we even betted that he would win. Sir Alan, you owe us a fiver. OK, so the advert Michael and Raef came up with was, let’s face it, total and utter crap – but we still don’t think he deserved the chop. Yes, even after he didn’t think to include the word “tissue” in a tissue advert. Bless Raef, he was only trying to be artistic after all – it was Claire who came up with the random and stupid “I love my tissues” thing. Although, using Sian Lloyd as a “star” wasn’t the best idea either, Raef. We lost count of all the exclamation marks coming out of Sir Alan’s mouth in the boardroom. It broke our hearts though when Raef was accused of being “a lot of hot air”. Er, Sir Alan, Michael – king and master of all pointless and irritating talking ever – is sitting RIGHT THERE. Aaaargh! We actually screamed at out screens when Michael claimed he was “upset” after the firing. He totally turned on Raef in the boardroom and then pretends he’s all hurt. He makes our ears steam with rage!! Also, it is just us, or is Lee slowly creeping ahead of moaning Alex in the fit stakes? And we need a new favourite now. Sigh... What about you lot? We know some of you loved Raef as much as us, so please leave your tributes below, then tell us who you would have fired tonight. We’re going now to pick out a tie and matching hankie to wear to the office tomorrow in Raef’s memory. Sob...

Who would you have fired?

Raef – he is just hot air
Claire – she doesn’t play fair
Michael – he makes us want to tear out our hair
