OK, so us Brits didn’t do too well at last nights Emmy Awards – therefore, we’ll move onto the rather more entertaining side of the ceremony – the outfits! The place was teeming with A-listers and here are a few of the best (and worst?) outfits from the red carpet. While some of the stars look fab and there were no major monstrosities, we can’t help but think that Hayden Panettiere’s simple long dress is rather ageing, while Jennifer Love Hewitt’s odd frock is more milkmaid than movie star. What do you think?

Vanessa Williams dress is beautiful. Not too over the top, just classy. Plus she doesn't have stringy shoulders and arms that look like she's not eaten for 2 years! Hayden also looks really healthy and stunning. Bring on more women that LIKE food!!

all those dresses are SHIT maybe except for Vanessa's. Eva's been tangoed. god everytime i see Hayden she always infuriates me!! i dont like her, why the hell is she ALWAYS trying to look all "grown up?" is it coz she's dating an older guy?!
