heat staff + booze + fancy dress = carnage

As promised, here are photos from heat’s Friday night out at Deputy News Ed Dan Fulvio’s leaving do. The jammy thing is deserting us for New York – and, to say goodbye, he threw an American-themed party which saw members of the heat team dressing up as everyone from Buzz Lightyear to Vogue editor Anna Wintour. The party, at cool New York-style bar Positively 4th Street, went on to the early hours – at least, we think so, but the excessive Spiderpigging (if you’ve seen the Simpsons movie, you’ll know what this means…) courtesy of Deputy Style Editor Jo’s hot rugby pals has blurred our memories – and culminated in Dan performing New York, New York, Liza Minnelli-style, for his adoring fans (among them, Britney Spears, Marge Simpson, Carrie Bradshaw and Minnie Mouse). Three days later, we’re still feeling rough – and we’re already missing Dan and his Andy Warhol wig. Sob!
