This morning we reported that the divorce of Celebrity Big Brother couple Chantelle Houghton and Samuel Preston was due to be finalised today. Well, it all took place this afternoon in just 90 seconds (only slightly longer than their marriage, then). Chantelle was granted a decree nisi on the grounds that her husband had acted in such a way that she could not be expected to stay married to him. OMG – what did he do?!? Neither of them was present before Judge Alistair Basset Cross at the High Court's family division to hear the ruling. The Ordinary Boys singer did not contest the claims of "unreasonable behaviour" and the 16-month marriage was immediately terminated in a group along with 19 others. How, er, romantic.
