So, this week's nominations have been announced, and it came as no great surprise to any of the unlucky three that they were up. As the names were called out by Big Brother, Bex merely smiled, Mohamed jumped up whooping (yeah, you're not fooling anyone, mate) while poor old Darnell simply put his head in his hands. At least he didn't pretend to be overjoyed like Mo, that pretence is sooo obvious. The other housemates all seemed fairly excited about what had happened, with Dale saying, "This is a big one!" and Bex even predicting a double eviction. Luke, bless him, looked terrified at the prospect of Rebecca getting the boot. Darnell was clearly the worst affected, and seemed to sink into a pit of despair almost straight away. Chatting in the garden with Mohamed he stated sadly, "I'm going because people know that it will hurt me more to go home now. They'll be like 'Come on, let's go and boo the Yank'." Come on Darnell, what's happened to that confidence you had last week? Still in a black gloom later on, Darnell moaned to the housemates, saying, "It's apparent now people don't like me as much as I thought they did." He then said to Lisa that he wasn't interested in any publicity, laughing, "I'm not really down with being a star." The other housemates have done very little to put his mind at ease, with Rex helpfully pointing out that Mohamed and Bex must already have loads of fans because they've survived an eviction already. Oooh, Rexy, you're such a naughty stirrer, but we still heart you. After initially taking the news quite well, Bex soon burst into hysterical tears as soon as she realised not all the attention was on her. Luke could only sit by and glumly remark that if Rebecca went, he'd be next on the public's hit list. We love how the housemates always think they can read the minds of the public every year. According to heatworld's little vote yesterday, Mohamed is the housemate most of you think will be leaving on Friday, with Bex a VERY close second and Darnell miles behind. If he does survive this week then we hope it cheers him up a bit. We're really not sure we can take another week of morose Darnell. What did you think of last night's show?
