We had our fears that Bex would not take well to the news that she, along with Mario, faces eviction on Friday – but actually, she’s been surprisingly good about it, saying (like they always do) that she knew she would be up. However, later last night it became clear that she wasn’t quite as chilled about it as she first appeared. “I'm not fake and licking everyone's bumholes, so if I go I'll have been myself,” she said in a chat with Luke, love of her life. “I'm going to go for it, I'm going to be an absolute idiot.” Hurrah! That should be fun to watch, shouldn’t it? Mario, on the other hand, is determined to remain cool as a cucumber. Given how many David Brent-style cliches he strings together every time he opens his gob, it’s quite hard to find any actual meaning in what he’s saying, but we think he’s pretty confident that he’ll stay. “It is a numbers game and you have to break the numbers,” he said, adding that he was now “playing the game back”. He also said that if they do happen to “pop me off” (that means evict, in Mario-language), Lisa will be “nothing”. Nice. “You are not strong,” he told her. “They will take you out of the game because it is numbers and strength.” What?! Can we get an interpreter, please?
