Now, we like bows on clothes because they look cutesy and demure – but we might have known that if anyone was going to make them look cheap and tarty, it would be Chantelle Houghton. The ensemble she wore for a night out at – where else? – London’s Embassy club over the weekend was a little bit French maid, a little bit Playboy bunny, and a whole lot nasty. In fact, is that even a satin bow, or did she just get some toilet roll caught in the back of her outfit? And then there’s the hair – those are credit crunch extensions if ever we saw them. We don’t want to be mean, but it’s just such a shame when someone who’s got it in them to look cute and pretty instead decides to go out looking like this. The girl needs shorter hair, a longer skirt and less of the orange stuff all over her legs, don’t you think?
