Biography
Blue babe Duncan grew up in Devon and loved getting up on stage in theatre productions at school and as part of Sidmouth Youth Theatre. He was raised by his mum and grandparents after his dad left the family before Duncan was born.
He rose to fame as part of the totty-filled boyband Blue alongside Lee Ryan, Antony Costa and Simon Webbe. The band formed in 2001 and went on to be one of the most popular UK boybands of all time, selling more than 14 million records worldwide. Blue split in 2005 and Duncan went on to pursue a solo career.
To date, Duncan has released one solo album, Future Past in 2006, and four singles. His biggest solo success was with his debut single I Believe My Heart featuring Keedie, which reached number 2 in the UK singles chart in 2004.
He has since reunited with Blue who reformed for a tour in 2009. They then went on to represent the UK in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with their single, I Can. Blue finished in 11th place.
Duncan has branched out into musical theatre, appearing in London west end smash hit shows Chicago and Legally Blonde opposite Sheridan Smith. He also hosts has his own radio show on 95.8 Capital FM every Sunday.
