Biography

Emma’s career first started in television after she won a competition to be cast in VH1 show, The New Partridge Family in 2004. Sadly for Emma the show only ever made a pilot episode. But she wasn't down for long and landed a job on Malcolm In The Middle.

Her movie debut came in 2007, when she was cast in Superbad, in which she starred alongside Jonah Hill. In 2009, she appeared in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, alongside Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner.

After racking up a number of movie roles including Zombieland, and Marmaduke, Emma finally got some serious recognition with her role in Easy A, and she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Comedy in 2011.

She went on to land a role in Friends With Benefits alongside Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis, and Crazy Stupid Love, in which she plays Ryan Gosling's love interest (we’re not jealous at all).

More recently, Emma has moved away from comedies, starring in The Help (which was nominated for Best Film at the 2012 Oscars) and The Amazing Spiderman.

Emma met boyfriend Andrew Garfield on the set of Spiderman, in which he plays the title role.
