Biography
Superbly dim Glee cheerleader Heather is a seriously talented dancer. Born in California but raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Heather began dancing at the age of one training in a dance styles including jazz, tap, and contemporary, appearing in Star Search when she was 13 years-old. She made it to the Green Mile stage of So You Think You Can Dance? in 2006 too.
Heather thought about studying journalism at her local university, but decided to move to LA to concentrate on her dance career instead at age 19. She became a bootyshaking Beyonce back up dancer on tour, appearing with her on Saturday Night Live, the Ellen DeGeneres Show and with Beyonce and Tina Turner at the 2008 Grammy’s.
While taking acting classes, Heather was employed to teach the Glee cast the dance for Beyonce’s Single Ladies. The producers were so impressed that they offered her the role of cheerleading Brittany Pierce in 2009. She was promoted to a regular character on the show by series 2.
Now an official pin-up, Heather appeared in a saucy promo vid for lads mag Esquire in 2010, and after her onscreen girl-on-girl scenes, ranked number 2 in the lesbian entertainment website AfterEllen's Hot 100 List in 2011.
