Biography:
One third of the holy trinity that is The Jonas Brothers, Joe is the middle brother, and the brother with the most extensive dating CV. He was born and brought up in Casa Grande, Arizona, to two very musical parents. His mum was a singer and his dad a songwriter - and former minister.
Joe and his brothers were signed to Daylight/Columbia Records when Joe was 16, after the label’s boss heard a track on Nick Jonas’ album that featured the three boys singing together. Their debut album didn’t fly and the band switched labels in 2007 and their second album debuted at number 5 in the US, with both their third and fourth albums, A Little Bit Longer and Lines Vines and Trying Times, peaking at number 1.
Joe’s first solo single, See No More featuring Chris Brown, was released on 3 June 2011. He has also taken up acting, with appearances in Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, the TV series JONAS, and Hot in Cleveland.
The true hunk of the band, Joe has famously dated country goddess Taylor Swift, actress Camilla Belle, Camp Rock star Demi Lovato, Twilight actress Ashley Greene, and is currently seeing supermodel Karlie Kloss.
