Biography
Lovely, bubbly Josie was born in Bristol but left home at age 14 to live with her aunt on her West Country farm. A naughty schoolgirl, Josie was expelled from two schools before going on to become a financial sales rep until she got her Big Brother big break.
Josie was chosen to be one of the housemates on the last ever season of Channel 4’s Big Brother in 2010. During her stay, Josie and hunky Aussie housemate John James got up close and personal and became boyfriend and girlfriend when she eventually left the show.
One of the most popular housemates from the start, Josie never faced the public vote and went on to win the show with 77.5% of the votes. Twenty minutes after her win, she was back in the house, deciding to take part in Ultimate Big Brother, the very last show that mixed our favourite Big Brother housemates of the past with former Celebrity Big Brother stars.
Just three days in, Josie left the house to be reunited with John James, leaving Ulrika Jonsson in floods of tears. The couple split in March 2011, with John James heading back home to Australia.
But Josie’s had plenty to keep her busy since then, becoming an OK! TV presenter and OK! agony aunt, appearing in her own reality show, There’s Something About Josie, and launching her own perfume. Josie’s also set to present the new show, Big Brother's Bit On The Side on Channel 5.
