Biography
Kirk Norcross is the 22-year-old owner of the Sugar Hut nightclub in Brentwood, essex, that is the focal point for the boozy, champagne-heavy antics of the fake tan set of The Only Way Is Essex, ITV2’s living soap. Ironic then that poor old Kirk Norcross lists champagne amongst his pet hates!
Kirk isn’t actually from Brentwood, by the way, he’s from just down the road in nearby Thurrock… the location of that Essex shoptastic behemoth, Lakeside. Aah…
He might not be quite so outwardly hunky and chiselled as his The Only Way Is Essex co-star Mark Wright, but Kirk’s cheeky chappy personality has certainly gone a long way to earning him a large number of female fans. Us included. Unfortunately for them, and us, for most of The Only Way Is Essex series he only had eyes for dumb brunette, Amy Childs!
He must have been doubly gutted then when he took part in a boxing match against Mark Wright, in the show’s finale, to come away with a bloody nose and a defeat – given that Amy Childs had turned up to watch with her gorgeous new fella, male model and former Wimbledon footballer Jay Conroy.
Kirk’s big match nickname for his fight with Mark Wright was, Kirk ‘2 Cross’ Norcross.
He lists amongst the things he likes most as being women (obviously…), booze, cars and tattoos. But he hates champagne, hangovers, people acting rich and making others feel small and girls who lead you on. Thinking of anyone in particular there, Kirk?
