Jade and Jack break-up
Jade Goody and her skinny-bottomed boyfriend Jack Tweed have split up. Their rocky two-year romance came to an end following a tearful showdown on Monday night (well, you didn't expect them to discuss it calmly over afternoon tea at Claridges, did you?). Jack is said to have turned up on his mum Mary's doorstep in tears saying he didn't even have time to pack his things. Their break-up comes just two months after Jade miscarried their baby and two weeks after the pair moved into a new barn conversion (fancy) in Upshire, Essex. A friend said, "They have been growing apart for months. The miscarriage hit them incredibly hard and the age gap has caused problems. Jack is devastated and Jade is inconsolable but both accept they don't have a future together."

Pete dodges jail – AGAIN!
Serial jail-dodger Doherty has done it again. Yep, it’s hard to believe, but the Babyshambles’ frontman has been released without charge following his arrest on suspicion of drug possession. The grubby singer, who has racked up fifteen arrests for drugs and driving offences, was allowed to walk free from court due to a technicality. The judge said she could not deal with the alleged breach because he had not been brought before her within 24 hours.

X Factor Dan has record contract ALREADY!
Oh for heaven's sake, does no one play by the rules anymore? Daniel DeBourg, who was on The X Factor last weekend, has already written songs for R&B star Jamelia, landed himself an American record deal and even released an album – Tell The World in 2002.  His debut single – I Need An Angel – was even re-recorded by American Idol winner Ruben Studdard. Daniel is in the late audition stages despite X Factor rules clearly stating that contestants can not have a current record or management deal when entering the show. But a spokesperson for the show defended the decision saying, "The X Factor is as much for professional singers who consider this to be their last chance in the business as people who have had no experience whatsoever." Doesn't exactly make for a great emotional rags to riches story though, does it?

Charlotte slams Winebox  for being "rude"
Amy Winehouse may be going through a tough time at the moment, but that hasn’t stopped Charlotte Church from having a pop at her. The outspoken mum-to-be didn’t hold back when asked what she thought of Amy’s recent catalogue of cancellations. “It’s just rude, if you ask me. I always turned up and did my duties.” The Welsh warbler also revealed that when Winebox appeared on her chat show she turned up drunk. “She kept forgetting her words and we had to do a few takes,” she grumbled.
