X Factor “faked” scenes
X Factor bosses have been forced to admit they faked scenes in the new series of the show. It’s emerged that some of the action was staged to make good telly – including a discussion between Simon Cowell and Sharon Osbourne about bringing Louis Walsh back onto the show. “Most of it is real,” says Simon. “We caught the mood of the Louis saga. If we hadn’t included it, we would have been damned about that.” The series starts this weekend on ITV1, so look out for those scenes that are about as convincing as a primary school nativity.
Amy quits rehab – after two days
Amy Winehouse has walked out of rehab, just 48 hours after checking in for her problems with drugs and alcohol. She and husband Blake Fielder-Civil flew back to London, and she then visited a private doctor’s surgery for a brain scan, after the seizure she experienced during her drug overdose raised concerns that she could be suffering from a form of epilepsy. Amy’s family are now distraught that she’s no longer receiving treatment for her problems, and are even considering getting her sectioned. “She was supposed to stay for a few weeks and sort herself out. But after a couple of decent meals she insisted she was fit to go home,” says a source. “People close to her are devastated. But Blake wants her to return to normality — and we all know what their normality is.”
Billie attends ex-husband's wedding celebrations
They're the most happily divorced couple in showbiz – Billie Piper showed there are no hard feelings about Chris Evans beating her down the aisle, when she attended a party in Portugal celebrating Chris's marriage to golf pro Natasha Shishmanian. Billie and actor fiance Laurence Fox were among guests at the posh restaurant on the Algarve. We do like a nice ending all round, here at heatworld.
Jade to ditch "chavvy" image
Jade Goody is making a bid for a return to the limelight with a new TV show for Living. The show, which starts filming next month, will follow Jade as she goes to the legendary Lee Strasberg academy in New York. But while she's busy following in the footsteps of Robert De Niro and Al Pacino, TV bosses have told her she has to stop looking so, er, chavvy. Yep, she has to lose those Paris-a-like hair extensions. Shame – we thought they were sooo fetching…
