Amy's FINALLY putting on some weight
Amy Winehouse's skeletal frame is about to get some much needed padding as the troubled star is desperately trying to pile on the pounds. Amy's new addiction is fast food and she has already scoffed seven McDonald's meals in an attempt to regain her once womanly curves. The diet, which embraces carbs, means Amy eats yams, dumplings, bananas, jerk chicken and rice and peas to boost her frail frame. An insider said, "Amy is not stupid and knows she needs to put on weight, so she's been doing it the way she likes it with her favourite food." Even her dad Mitch has noticed that his daughter looks better, saying, "She looks stunning again now." heatworld wishes it needed to put on some weight. Charlotte: "Booze makes me nasty, jealous and aggressive"
Mum-to-be Charlotte Church has put her wild partying ways behind her (yeah, for now – just wait until that baby's on the bottle), but speaking on her drink-binging days, which saw her featuring regularly heat's Week In Pictures section, the star admits that booze doesn't really suit her, claiming it makes her "nasty, jealous and aggressive." Really? We'd never have guessed.
Marco never cooks at home
He may be busy exciting our taste buds every night on Hell’s Kitchen, but don’t expect to see the same thing in Marco Pierre White’s home kitchen. The shaggy-haired chef, who has been awarded three Michelin stars during his career, has admitted that his wife Mati does all the family cooking. “I don’t cook at home really,” he said. “My wife’s an excellent cook.” Now, you don't hear those words coming out of MPW's gob often.
Yay! Alan's staying at Channel 4!
heatworld’s favourite funny person Alan Carr has signed a “golden handcuffs” deal with Channel 4. Rumours had been circulating that ITV wanted to poach the star to host a new series of Blind Date, but that certainly won’t be happening for at least another year. The whopping £500,000 deal will include a new hosting job for Alan on a gameshow called Celebrity Ding Dong. Alan admitted that he’s “a very lucky young man.” We’ll watch you wherever you are, Alan.
