J-lo IS pregnant
The rumour has been circulating for ages – but now we can reveal Jennifer Lopez is having a baby! Aw, bless. J-Lo will give birth in the spring, according to friend of the star. Apparently Jennifer and hubby Marc Anthony had an ultrasound in New York earlier this month. “The test calculated that she was about 12 weeks pregnant,” said a source. Congratulations Jen!
Take That are the new faces of M&S
This fills us with excitement on many levels – Take That are to front a new campaign for Marks & Spencer!! The boys have already been snapped head-to-toe in M&S menswear by legendary photographer Rankin. “It’s a very clever campaign. An army of female fans has grown up with the band and will want to buy the same clothes for their partners that their idols are promoting,” said a fashion expert. Marks' womenswear has been good for ages, but whenever heatworld ventures into menswear with our boyfriend to pick up some socks, it's a bit like stepping back into the 1920s – let's hope the boys will be ushering some hot new boy-looks. The store refused to confirm or deny the rumour and only said that “many celebrities” had been approached for various campaigns. We want to see the pics!
Marco Pierre White is SUCH a bitch
Now, now, children… Celebrity chef Marco Pierre White has turned the kitchen into a bitchin’ playground, by branding TV rival Jamie Oliver “a fat chef with a drum kit.” Famously hot-tempered Marco hit out at Jamie after he called him a “psychological bully” in a radio interview. Cranky Marco also accused Oliver of creating his better-meals-in-schools campaign as self-promotion. The superchef said, “I’d like to see him call me a bully to my face.” So would we. Fight! Fight! Fight!
Mika's being sued by, er, Mika
Mika is being sued by a Belgian reggae singer – also called Mika. The female reggae singer Mika (although it's fair to say both have a touch of "lady" about them...) is threatening to take the rising UK star to court for allegedly stealing her name, after claiming she registered it in the 1980s. And she wants her 21-year-old London namesake – whose real name is Mica Penniman – to change his moniker, or pay damages. She said, “I was called Mika before him, and have registered the name. Even though his real name is Mica, I think he should change it.” Belgian Mika – who has released five albums in her homeland – is still an unknown. UK Mika is the second biggest selling UK act in the world this year, after Amy Winehouse. A source close to Belgian Mika said: “There’s only enough room for one Mika in the pop world – and she was here first. She’s not happy.” No prizes for guessing who's going to win this one!
