Judge rules that Britney's not fit to have kids back
Britney Spears was in despair last night after a judge refused to allow her custody of her two sons. The troubled star, who was hoping to secure a 50/50 share with her ex K-Fed, will now only be permitted to see her sons three times a week. During the session it emerged that a damning report by a court-appointed parenting coach was the real nail in Brit’s coffin. Lisa Hacker, who spent time with the singer and her kids, claimed that Brit “rarely engaged with the children in conversation or play.” She went on to say that the fallen pop princess often put herself first. “Her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do, rather than what would be enjoyable for the children.” The criticism didn’t stop there, Hacker also reported that Brit’s home “ranged from chaotic to almost sombre.” The singer was warned that she must realise the consequences of her behaviour and the impact it has on her children before any progress can be made. The young mum will now see her boys twice a week between 12noon and 7pm, and will be allowed only one overnight visit. Robbie ripped off by mates
Ex-Take Thatter Robbie Williams has been ripped off by a group of so-called friends for a whopping £200,000. The hangers-on, who met the Stoke-born singer through his LA Vale football team, befriended the Robster and persuaded him to shell out the cash to fund a bogus clothing label in New York. In reality, though, the scammers blew the whole wad on a crazy partying spree. It was only after some of his closest pals intervened that Robbie confronted the pair at his Hollywood mansion and a huge row broke out. A source close to the star revealed, “At best he was being used, at worst, he was being conned.” The fight became quite nasty and the back-stabbers only left after Rob threatened to call the cops. He has now given up on his football team. The source added, “There was a screaming row, but it was only when he disbanded the team that everyone became convinced he meant business. She’s enjoyed an incredible 20 years as a pop icon, but Kylie says she’s desperate to find a man and have kids as she races towards the big 4-0. Beneath her glamorous and sexy image, Kylie says her wants are simple. The 39-year-old pop princess told pals, “I’m pushing 40 and there’s nothing I’d love more than to have kids. It would give me so much hope. Believe me, I’m desperately trying to find the right man.”

Simon Cowell’s fury over SECOND Leona album release
While pop supremo Simon Cowell goes into overdrive putting the finishing touches onto X-Factor winner Leona Lewis’ debut album Spirit, he’s been left fuming with news that another album of her old material will also be released – just days later. While Spirit hits the shops on November 12, management company UEG Music are planning to release The Best Kept Secret – a collection of tracks recorded before Leona hit the big time last year. UEG were dumped by Leona and are just trying to recoup the £70,000 pumped into the then-unknown Hackney singer. But Cowell says they don’t own the rights to the R&B recordings, and he’ll fight – with guns blazing. “UEG are clearly attempting to exploit Leona’s success. Our team are looking into this,” a spokesperson confirmed.
