Nadine and Jesse reunion not going well
Nadine Coyle is officially back ON with her Desperate Housewives hunk Jesse Metcalfe – but their new relationship (if you can call it that) has got off to a rocky start. In a grand romantic gesture Jesse forked out for Nads to join him on an all-expenses paid trip to Mumbai in India, where he’s currently filming. But Nadine arrived at Heathrow only to be turned away from check-in for not having the correct visa. Travel to India requires a particular type of visa, and despite pleading with airport staff, the distraught star was not allowed to board the plane. Talk about a sign from the Gods...

Hugh makes some dodgy new friends
Watch out ladies, no-one in a skirt is safe when new himbo trio Hugh Grant, Calum Best and Brendan Cole are on the prowl. The notorious man-hos have obviously decided that three heads are better than one when it comes to hunting for ladies and have been seen hanging out together at top London clubs. Calum and Brendan forming an unholy alliance doesn't surprise us in the slightest, but Hugh? Hugh! Come on, sweetie, you're a major Hollywood star and approaching a certain age. It's all a little bit undignified hanging out with these boys – and, can we say, you're punching WAY below your weight in the friendship stakes.

Ben Affleck makes up with J-Lo
Their relationship was one of the biggest in recent Hollywood history, so it’s nice to know that even mega stars can still be friends after a break-up. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez – or Bennifer to their friends – dated for two years and were on the verge of marriage, when they split – blaming intense media attention. Ben admitted later that the relationship “was probably bad for my career”. Ooh! The pair have both since remarried, Ben to actress Jennifer Garner and Jen to Marc Anthony and Ben has a daughter, Violet. On hearing the news that his ex-missus was expecting her first child, the actor didn’t hesitate to send her a little note of congratulations. A friend of the actor said, “He knows she’ll be a great mother.” Certainly beats ignoring each other down the pub. Not that heatworld’s ever done that...

Do couples get any more D-list than this?
We were overjoyed to learn that Albert Square will once more resound to the gentle mating call of "Rickayyyyyyyyyyy" as Sid Owen and Patsy Palmer are set to return to EastEnders to reprise their chavtastic roles. But Sid clearly hasn't quite got used to the idea of being a major TV star just yet, as he has been seen getting smoochy with ex-Big Brother star Imogen Thomas (no, we can't remember which year she was in either). They were in Abu Dhabi with all the world's finest F-list celebrities for the opening of a swanky new nightclub. C'mon Sid, what you playin' at, mate? You know Bianc'ahhh's waitin' dah'n the Queen Vic ready to kick your ass all over again...
