Britney screws up ANOTHER custody hearing
Britney Spears has lost the right to see her children AGAIN – after fleeing court yesterday. The troubled singer arrived at the emergency custody hearing (which her side requested) but did a runner before she saw the judge. This is the second time Britney has turned up but not hung around for the actual hearing, meaning she is denied contact again with her two boys Sean Preston and Jayden James, who are currently residing with her ex husband Kevin Federline.

Friend reveals Heath’s final words
More tributes have come from those who worked with Heath last – David Smallbone, an actor who worked with him in London last week, said, “We finished on Saturday and he said he just wanted to go home. He’d had enough of being away.” Friend and director Shekhar Kapur was asked by Heath to call him on Tuesday to wake him up so that they could meet, but never answered the phone. “He made me promise that I would call him in the morning and wake him up. I tried. Little did I know that his soul had already left his body.”

Amy under 24-hour drug surveillance
Druggie Amy Winehouse looks set to be put on a 24-hour watch by worried dad Mitch. The singer – caught this week taking a deadly cocktail of drugs – will be watched 24/7 by a trained professional or a friend to ensure that she doesn't binge and instead remains sober. A pal said; "Mitch realises this is crunch time. Amy either chooses life or oblivion. The family have been keeping a very close eye on her for weeks now. In fact, her brother was with her just one hour before she was filmed smoking crack. But Mitch now realises that even this is not enough any more and she needs 24-hour surveillance." This comes after Amy was caught smoking a crack pipe and publicly shamed when the images were ran across the media. But following the expose, she only managed to stay clean for one day and just hours later she was back taking drugs.

GMTV star out of DOI
Michael Underwood, the 32-year-old GMTV presenter, was last night rushed to hospital after falling and suffering a suspected broken ankle whilst training for ITV’s Dancing On Ice. An onlooker at Elstree studios in Hertfordshire said; “Michael wobbled at first and I think he thought he was going to right himself but then he hit the floor… it sounded painful.” Specialists are currently deciding whether he will be able to continue with the show. Get well soon, Michael!
