Suzanne Shaw wins Dancing on Ice!
Despite Chris Fountain being the bookies favourite going into the final of Dancing On Ice, Suzanne Shaw came good last night and won the show with the highest marks possible – an impressive full house of perfect sixes from the judges. First out was Zaraah Abrahams, leaving Chris and Suze to battle it out with their versions of Torvill and Dean's classic Bolero routine, but it was Suzanne's "flying" dance routine that impressed the most, moving host Holly Willoughby to tears (really??) and Robin Cousins to suggest that Suzanne and her partner could even go professional. It's been a good year all round for Suze, who recently also won the accolade of Celebrity Mum Of The Year – a long way from her Hear'Say/Darren Day days. Well done, love!
Harry Potter SMOKES!
He might be a young schoolboy in shorts and glasses in our minds (and televisions), but according to friends of Daniel Radcliffe, the boy wizard has a 20-a-day cigarette habit. Currently filming the new Harry Potter film, The Deathly Hallows, Dan is said to spark up every time the director shouts cut, and friends like Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley, are not impressed. Dan Rad (who’s now 18) has apparently been hanging around with an older "luvvie" set who friends fear are influencing his habit. Apart from the fact that smoking kills Daniel *wags finger* we can't quite see Harry Potter with a Silk Cut and nicotine-stained fingers a la Pete Doherty.
Kate Nash has a pop at Leona
Mild-mannered pop singer Kate Nash has turned tough since hooking up with The Cribs star Ryan Jarman. Performing at the South by Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas, Kate threw beer over the crowd who, according to the singer, was made up of “industry w******s”, had a pop at skinny celebs and maintained that she deserved her Best Female at the Brits last month – beating Leona Lewis to the gong. She said, “I think it was good I won it because I started this myself. I’m not some manufactured, size zero pop artist who is going to bring out her own perfume and clothes range.” She’s even written a punk song to release her new found anger. heatworld loves Kate Nash and hopes this move to the dark side is short-lived.
Madge and Guy on the rocks
Queen of Pop Madonna and her film director husband Guy Ritchie are living separate lives say pals close to the famous couple. They have apparently split their Marylebone home in west London into “his and hers” areas and do not expect their seven-year marriage to last. Madonna reportedly felt let down by Guy when he didn’t accompany her to high-profile events such as her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She is said to want to move to New York with the kids, leaving Guy in London. Yikes!
