Jade's world falls apart
Jade speaks about Jack being jailed:
Poor Jade Goody was distraught last night after learning that her "rock" Jack Tweed had been jailed for 18 months. The BB star, who is also battling an aggressive form of cervical cancer, wept as she arrived at Jack's mum's house yesterday evening and told friends, "My world's fallen apart." Jade was not at court to hear Jack being sentenced yesterday, but it is thought she wrote to the judge pleading with him not to jail her on/off man. Jack's lawyer told the court, "This lady has a long road ahead of pain and distress. She needs her man to help her." Despite the pleas, Jack was given 18 months for assaulting a 16-year-old boy with a golf club, with the judge labeling the attack as "dangerous". Jade now fears she will be unable to cope with her illness, as Jack was pivotal in looking after her and her two sons. "He's been a huge comfort for her over the past few weeks," explained another friend. Jade herself has been full of praise for her man over the past few weeks, saying, "He's amazed me with how good he's been when I needed him." Jade has learnt that she must have a hysterectomy within the next two weeks, and it's thought that she will begin a course of chemotherapy shortly afterwards. It really doesn't seem like things could get much worse for poor Jade at the moment. Just a week ago she, Jack and her boys were enjoying a family holiday in the country – you can see exclusive pics in today's brand new issue of heat – but now it's all come crashing down.
Madge pisses off Guy
They've been putting on a very public show of unity ever since all those split rumours came to the surface, but last night there was a definite edge of irritation between Guy Ritchie and wife Madonna. The star interrupted her tour to accompany her husband to the London premiere of his new film RocknRolla, but she then arrived with literally minutes to spare, leaving Guy with a tense expression on his face. Gripping his wife's arm rather awkwardly, Guy did his best to steer her quickly down the red carpet as thousands of fans and members of the press screamed her name. Despite all the attention, Madge didn't say a word, but she did appear to share a joke with Guy as they entered the cinema. Guy had earlier told reporters, "She told me she was half an hour away. She better had be otherwise I am going to be really embarrassed." The director refused to answer questions about the couple's plans to adopt another baby, preferring instead to comment on the weather. Hmmm, how very RocknRolla of him...
Dannii has got a new boyfriend!
She might not be the top cat in The X Factor anymore – sorry love, but Cheryl is SO the star of this year's series – but something's putting a smile on Dannii Minogue's face: a new fella. Dannii has started dating an ex-rugby league player called Kris Smith, who she met in Ibiza this summer, and friends reckon they're well into wach other. "Kris is a big lad who's in great shape physically," says a friend. "He's been bowled over by Dannii's interest in him. He wants to make it work." We BET he does. They might have to get over the height difference, though – Kris, who's now a rugby coach, is a massive 6ft 4ins, while Dannii's just 5ft 2ins.
ITV admit Jordan show was "inappropriate"
Here at heatworld, we quite like Jordan's slightly foul mouth *hangs head in shame* but it seems that broadcasting watchdogs don't – her reality TV show has had a severe ticking off. Complaints came in for Katie And Peter: The Next Chapter over one particular show that went out at 8pm, before the watershed, in June, with ITV admitting the programme was "innappropriate" for that time, and that the wrong version was broadcast by mistake. Whoops!
