More news has reached us as to what really happenned behind the scenes after Kerry Katona's now infamous appearance on This Morning – and it's not pretty. According to show insiders, moments after the show went off air, Mark Croft launced a blistering attack on Phil and Fern, lunging at Phil in the studio. "He was jabbing his finger in Phillip's face and giving him what for, he was so angry he was frothing at the mouth. He kept on saying over and over that Phillip stitched Kerry up," said the insider. Show members say that although Phil stood his ground, he seemed "shocked" and that production had to step in to calm things down. Meanwhile, things aren't getting any better for Kerry – according to new reports today, she faces the chop from iceland over her latest meltdown. The food company, who Kerry is the face of, have been inundated with complaints over Kerry's appearance on This Morning, and, while they at first put out a statement saying they would stand by Kerry, insiders say that they are on the brink of ending the £250,000 deal, with Kerry's agent Max Clifford saying that they were "seriously considering their positions" yesterday. Oh Kerry – where will it all end?

Madge suffers as Guy parties with pals
As the shock of their divorce announcement finally starts to die down a little, Madge and Guy are both doing their best to deal with what's happened in their own way. Madonna, who's still getting up on stage most nights on her world tour, has allegedly been seeking help to deal with the anger she feels towards Guy. Madge has turned to kabbalah to help her deal with her fury, which pals say has been caused by Guy and the claims he's made about her since they announced the split. A friend said, "Madonna is very angry with Guy – about cold treatment of her in the marriage, about the nasty details of their marriage that have leaked out, and about the money he is demanding." The star is now reportedly seeing a Kabbalah counseller who is helping her put aside her anger. Yikes! Are we the only ones who are a little afraid at the thought of an angry Madonna? Guy Ritchie, on the other hand, seems to be handling the split much better. In fact, just last night the director had a lads' night out in London with two stars from his new Sherlock Holmes film, Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr. The three men went to see an art exhibition before heading into London's Covent Garden for some dinner. One onlooker commented that Guy "seemed as if he didn't have a care in the world". Oh dear, we hope Madge doesn't read this...

Strictly nabs Beyonce from The X Factor
It’s the ultimate battle of Saturday night primetime TV – Strictly Come Dancing vs The X Factor – but now, things are getting bitchy over the two series’ line up. Simon Cowell has hired Beyonce to perform at the X Factor final on December 16 – but Strictly bosses have secured Beyonce to perform on the show in November, weeks before her date with ITV. And the move has left X Factor bosses fuming. A BBC source says, “As far as we are concerned we are the number one show on Saturday. If X Factor wants Beyonce, they’ll have to wait. She has signed and we’ve also got Take That *screams* confirmed for the coming weeks.” But a spokesperson for The X Factor says, “We aren’t happy Beyonce is doing Strictly, but she is just one of a number of huge names we’re getting.” We can’t wait to see Britney do her thing X Factor-style next month!

Lindsay’s Ugly Betty role cut short
Oops… looks like Lindsay Lohan has upset a few folks on the set of Ugly Betty. While her appearance in the last series as a former bullying schoolmate of Betty was ace and led to a more permanent role in the show, her scheduled appearances have been cut from six to four at the request of the show’s star, America Ferrera. A source says, “America couldn't handle Lindsay stealing her thunder. America was mean to Lindsay. Producers give her too much power. Lindsay didn't do the last two episodes because America didn't like her and got her kicked off." Crikey!
