Urgh, guess what Blake said when he was released
A visibly delighted Blake Fielder-Civil was released from prison yesterday – and made it clear exactly what he plans to do with his new found freedom. Top of his list wasn’t getting off drugs (although he was admitted to a rehab clinic for a week), it was, er, getting off with the Winehouse. Not one for subtlety, he declared, “I’m gonna see my wife and take her knickers down.” Classy. Meanwhile, Amy’s way of celebrating was beating up the ever-present band of snappers outside her Camden home, leaving one with a cut to his head. So how did Blake cope with his time in prison? He admits, “It’s tough inside – bloody horrible, but I’m out and that’s all that matters. It’s brilliant. It’s a welcome to the free world for me and Barack Obama.” Okaaaaaaay then, we’re not sure the gravity of Barack’s US election victory is similar to the emancipation of Blake-not-so-incarcerated, but he seems to think so. Thankfully, Blake has vowed to get his life back on track, adding, “I’m gonna get myself sorted. I’m gonna get my life back.” Yikes.

Simon speaks about Terri
Ever since Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Terri confirmed they had split, rumours have been circulating as to the real reason, with reports claiming that the music mogul had started seeing his ex-girlfriend Sinitta. Well, now Simon has decided to set the record straight once and for all, saying, "I have never ever said that I want children or marriage. I know some find it hard to fathom, but it's who I am. Bottom line is, I'm married to my job." Terri, who at 34 is 15 years younger than the X Factor judge, had always maintained that she wanted children – something that Simon wasn't keen on. "She wants a different path in life," said Simon, "I totally respect that." Despite the fact that Simon has also declared his plans to remain single, we can't help but wonder who will snap him up next... Who would you like to see Simon with?

Kim confirms SATC sequel *lets out wee*
Exciting news! Rumours of a possible sequel to the Sex And The City movie have been floating around for what seems like forever, and now it seems our favourite female foursome have buried their differences (or just want to make some more dosh) to sign up to SATC2. Yay! Kim Cattrall let the plans slip on The Paul O’Grady Show earlier this week to former Spice Girl Mel B, who was standing in for Paul. When asked would there be a sequel to the hit SATC movie, Kim replied, “Yes there will.” Amazing!

Madge begs Gwyn to move to NYC with her
Since she split from husband Guy Ritchie, Madonna has made it quite clear that she has no plans to keep living in the UK – and now she wants to take one of her A-list friends away with her. Sources close to the Queen of Pop have claimed that she is desperately missing pal Gywneth Paltrow, and is doing her best to persuade the actress to up sticks and move to New York. "Madonna and Gwyneth are bosom buddies," says the source, "Madge is desperately sad to be leaving one of her best friends behind and has been urging her to join her in the Big Apple." The two stars have a strong friendship that goes back many years, and Gwyn has been a constant source of support during Madge's split from Guy. We're not sure Madge is going to have much luck. We don't see Chris Martin happily leaving London behind. Oh well, we suppose it's a good thing they are both hugely rich and can jump on a plane whenever they start missing each other.
