Jack will risk jail to stay with Jade
Jack Tweed wants to spend "every second of the day" with his terminally ill wife, in case anything happens. Jack, who was jailed for 18 months for assaulting a teenager with a golf club, was released last month but still wears a tag, meaning he has to spend every night at his parents house. Now Jack has applied for a suspended tag from the Ministry, which will enable him to ditch the curfew and spend the whole time with Jade. Jack, who married Jade on Sunday, has spoken out about the horror of learning that Jade has terminal cancer, admitting that he, "could not think" of a life without Jade and that the thought of losing her made him "break down and cry".

Britney's going to be sawed in half!

We've already heard the rumours that lions and elephants will be on stage with her, but now it's emerged that Britney will be taking part in some circus tricks of her own when she goes on tour next month. Britney has hired comedian illusionist, the so-called "Misfit of Magic" Ed Alonzo to perform a number with her each night of the tour, and he will be using Brit as a prop in his tricks – including one where he'll saw her in half! Ed Alonzo explained, "Right away, she got into the boxes and into the magic contraptions to learn the stuff, and she's so excited about this tour and all the elements that are in it. We'll be doing a little dissection, transposition, a vanish, an appearance." Ooh, it all sounds rather exciting, doesn't it? Alonzo continued, "I made [the tricks] really easy for her, but there are some complicated things that she is doing that you would think a contortionist would have to do, or a trained magician's assistant. But because she's a dancer, it really makes sense to put her in the magic, and it works and she's really, really good at it." And we thought we were already mega-excited about this tour! We can't wait to see Brit in action!

Simon confirms Dannii will stay on
X Factor
As if we haven't read enough X Factor stories – despite it not being on our screens for several months to come – now we hear Dannii Minogue will not be booted off the show. Instead she will return with a whopping great pay rise. Reports suggest that the £500,000 she was paid for the last series will be doubled to bring her pay in line with fellow judge Cheryl Cole. Simon Cowell said, "As far as the judging panel is concerned, let's just say that if I was a betting man my money would be on Dannii returning to the show. She was great last year and I am adamant that she should be there for the next series. All being well, pen will be put to paper this week. Despite all the fuss concerning Dannii and Cheryl, I think the four judges worked really well together and gelled. There was an excellent chemistry." Denying the rumours that Victoria Beckham had been approached for the job, Simon added, "There's been a lot of rubbish written about just who will be on the show, with people like Victoria Beckham supposedly in the frame. That was absolute nonsense – I never approached her."

Kelly: Getting sacked was "the best thing that's ever happened"
We must admit, we did feel more than a little sorry for Kelly Brook when she she unceremoniously dumped from Britain's Got Talent last month. It must have been one of the most humiliating experiences of her life, especially after all the fuss everyone made over her arrival in the first place. Anyway, in case you were worried about how Kelly's coping with the shame, you can relax – she's actually having more success than ever before. Kel has admitted that getting the boot from BGT could be the best thing that's ever happened to her, as she's now won a part alongside funnyman Ben Miller in the ITV comedy-drama Moving Wallpaper PLUS being offered a shoot in Vogue for the first time ever. Chatting on This Morning yesterday, Pip Schofield said to the model, "I think Simon Cowell did you a favour, freeing you up to do all these great things." Kelly agreed, saying, "Yes, life goes on and I'm really happy." We're glad things have worked out for Kelly, and it looks as if we can expect to see a lot more of her in the coming months.
