Jack WILL go to Jade's funeral:
Jack Tweed has been told that he will be able to attend his late wife Jade's funeral after all, because his court hearing date has been moved into next month. Jack was supposed to be in court tomorrow to hear his sentencing for an assault charge, but this has now been postponed to mid-April. Jack himself spoke out for the first time last night since Jade passed away on Sunday, telling reporters, "I'd like to thank everyone for their kind support. I've had to do so much growing up these last few months – Jade and I went through so much together." Jack has also said that he's determined to make Jade proud of him, and that he's definitely put his bad-boy ways behind him. "I am determined to make her proud," he said. "And I will!" The 21-year-old said the support of the public had moved him "beyond words" and that Jade would have appreciated everything. However, asked how he was coping, Jack would only shake his head. His mum Mary admitted, "He's OK, but he's finding it very difficult. We're there for him."

Danielle Lloyd sues the Carphone Warehouse
Model Danielle Lloyd has lodged a high court claim against the Carphone Warehouse employee and one of their former employess, after private photos were removed from her mobile. Danielle alleged that the photos – taken of her before and after surgery – were stolen from her phone after she asked an employee to transfer them from one phone to another. She further claims that the same pictures were then offered up for sale to several big newspapers. The model, who says in legal papers that she's "suffered great mental distress and shock", managed to stop the photos from ever being published, but she is now suing the company for around £50,000. Last night the Carphone Warehouse issued a statement saying, "The download of customer content is entirely unacceptable and we can confirm that this content was not published. When the matter was brought to our attention we immediately conducted an investigation and the employee is no longer working within the business."

Sachs congratulates Ross' Bafta nod
Veteran actor Andrew Sachs has congratulated Jonathan Ross for being nominated for a Bafta – despite the scandal last year that saw him suspended for three months. Wossy has been nominated in the Entertainment Performance category for his Friday night BBC1 show – perhaps surprisingly, after being given a severe ticking off for making an offensive phone call to the Fawlty Towers star on Russell Brand's radio show. Yesterday Andrew said about the news, "Blimey, that is a bit of a surprise – but good luck to him. It is all in the past and I don't feel any animosity towards him. I've been watching his shows since then and some of it is very good. I don't have anything against his talent." But Andrews wife Melody wasn't quite so forgiving. She snapped, "I am amazed that Ross should get rewarded with a mouth like his."

Oh no! Amy wants Blake back
In a somewhat surprising interview Amy Winehouse has seemingly given – her first since she came back from St Lucia – she says (predictably) that she "still loves Blake". The star, who also claims she is back on the straight and narrow and off the drugs, says, "I still love Blake and I want him to move into my new house with me – that was my plan all along." And, despite her reported infidelities on the Caribbean Island, she insists, "I won't let him divorce me. He's the male version of me and we're perfect for each other." Blake has claimed that her extra-marital affair in St Lucia spelled the end of their marriage, but Amy says she was just "having some fun" and that it was "just a holiday thing".
